The Supreme Court has ordered the Sandiganbayan and the Anti-Money Laundering Council to comment on a petition filed in May by Senator Jinggoy Estrada seeking to prevent an AMLC report from being used as evidence in the plunder case against him stemming from the P10-billion pork barrel fund scam.
