The “Bilibid 19”, inmates who were allegedly given preferential treatment at the national penitentiary and were thus transferred to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) headquarters, were moved back to the New Bilibid Prison in Muntinlupa Saturday morning, GMA News' Hadji Rieta reported.
