The Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) on Wednesday asked the Fifth Division of the anti-graft court Sandiganbayan to reverse its earlier ruling allowing Sen. Jinggoy Estrada to examine the bank transaction records of pork barrel scam whistleblower Ruby Tuason.
