Arroyo says gov’t failed to prove plunder, asks court to dismiss case

Saying the prosecution failed to present enough evidence that would lead to her conviction, former President and Pampanga Representative Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo on Wednesday asked the Sandiganbayan to dismiss the P366-million plunder charge filed against her.
