Due to Sol-Gen’s sea dispute case, SC puts off hearing on Torre de Manila

Solicitor-General Florin Hilbay will now have more time to prepare for oral arguments in the Netherlands over the Philippines' claims in the South China Sea in July. The Supreme Court sitting en banc on Tuesday granted Hilbay's request to reset oral arguments on a petition seeking to have DMCI's Torre de Manila demolished, scheduled on June 30.
