Former Negros Oriental Rep. Jacinto Paras on Friday asked the Supreme Court to nullify the Framework Agreement on the Bangsamoro (FAB) and the Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro (CAB) for allegedly violating the 1987 Philippine Constitution.
