The Supreme Court will likely dismiss for lack of merit the petitions seeking to declare as unconstitutional the peace agreements that the government entered into with the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) because the pacts have yet to be implemented pending Congress’ passage of the proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL), a House leader said Sunday.
