The Office of the Ombudsman is now conducting preliminary investigation on the allegations of graft against Vice President Jejomar Binay, Makati Mayor Junjun Binay and 19 others in connection with the alleged overpricing in the construction of a ten-storey building at the Makati City Science High School.
