Left out of President Benigno Aquino III's list of officials to thank in the course of his presidency, Vice President Jejomar Binay on Monday vowed to give his own version of the state of the nation. “Pakinggan mo na lang yung aking State of the Nation Address,” Binay told reporters running after him to seek his reaction.
