Barricades set up at Mendiola vs. anti-‘pork’, Cha-cha protesters

Barricades were set up at Mendiola Bridge near Malacañan Palace early Monday in anticipation of protests against the pork barrel system and moves to amend the 1987 Constitution to allow a term extension for President Benigno Aquino III.
